**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Regional Directors in different geographies and assist in coordinating strategic marketing and business opportunities
- Identify opportunities to shape and improve the reach of our product suite, share best practices within GloablX center, and particpate in driving local partner engagement and value creation
- Work cross functionally with key internal stakeholders, e.g. product, marketing, legal, compliance, and work with the team to ensure smooth local operation and coordinate success metrics.
- Assist in facilitating prospect and client demo calls amd distill client feedback to internal teams

**Requirements**:

- Execellent communication and coordiantion in order to operate across multiple departments, stakeholders, and clients
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven, problem solver
- Analytical, time management and organizational skills.
- Creativity, resourcefulness and persistence to drive towards outcomes while navigating a dynamic environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced organization
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese required, additional language skills in Spanish / Russian / Turkish etc. preferred
- Relevant experience in technology, financial services, fintech or management consulting preferred
- Experience within crypto or traditional finance industry in sales / business development /client relationship management type of roles preferred
- Demonstrated interest for digital assets and familiarity with crypto markets preferred
