FT Consulting offers a dynamic work environment that fosters creativity and professional growth. As a Design & Project Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping impactful branding and business consultancy projects, contributing to the success of both our company and our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and presenting consulting proposals and presentation materials.
- Receive and interpret design briefs from the Company and/or its clients.
- Execute creative and effective design solutions that align with project objectives and timelines.
- Participate in consultancy assignments and activation campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality consultancy solutions.
- Ensure flexibility and adaptability in handling ad hoc projects and tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design or similar.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to use video editing tool(s) is a plus.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to deliver high quality work under demanding deadlines and manage clients independently with mínimal supervision.
- Curious, creative, willingness to learn, digitally savvy, team-player and detail oriented.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
