The International User Growth Team supports the growth of ByteDance products in international markets. We leverage online advertising, preload and other channels to drive measurable and impactful growth. We strive to delivery industry-leading growth solution, from strategy design to execution as well as analysis and iteration. We cover the entire value chain, from channel and creative perspective, all the way to data infrastructure, automation, and advertising technology. As part of the UG team, you will strive for measurable results that grow as a professional expert and leader in a group of like-minded team members.

For this role, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Strategy Lead, responsible for owning the development of our performance advertising ability, knowledge, strategies and partnerships. In this role, you will work with internal teams and external partners to explore how we can leverage recent industry-changes and develop new abilities to increase the effectiveness and safety of our advertising.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cooperate with various channels, such as GG/FB/AdNetworks to tap into channel capabilities and improve advertising efficiency.
- Explore growth methods such as user install/retention/recall/multi-platform/traffic flow to create comprehensive growth opportunities of each business.
- Respond to industry trends such as iOS ATT and Android sandbox, keep business efficiency with privacy challenge.
- From the perspective of UG's mid-platform, cooperate with paid ads/R&D/Data teams to empower the growth of the entire business line, by building new capabilities/new knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience managing teams. Bachelors degree or above, 5-8 years of work experience in performance marketing.
- Proficient in optimising campaigns on various ad platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Applovin, Unity and other Ad Networks, etc. Understand channel advanced capabilities, familiar with tools such as MMP, GA, and Firebase.
- Understanding of App and Web ad data acquisition and attribution methods, can strategise growth plans based on attribution and value acquisition for products in different growth stages, have a basic understanding of multi-touch attribution, cannibalisation optimisation, marginal efficiency, etc.
- Good at project management. Planning and executing test experiments in cooperation with mid-platform Product/R&D/Data team, to verify and optimise ad efficiency. Good report-writing and chart-making skills.
- Sensitive to data with strong analytical skills; maintains curiosity and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, ability to cope with work pressure, have top-level awareness and ability to pinpoint and overcome challenges.
