Marketing Strategy Lead

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position in our marketing department, responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans that deliver results. They will be a strong communicator with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the development of creative assets, including copywriting, design, and video production.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
