Job Description & Requirements
- Receive incoming emergency calls;
- Generate Emergency Call Taking (ECT) form via the Authority’s incident management IT system;
- Retrieve incident location from caller;
- Determine the incident categories from information provided by the caller;
- Input required details into ECT form;
- Perform telephone triaging and medical advisories to callers for medical calls based on the guidelines provided by the Authority;
Shift Work : 2 Days work, 2 Days off basis

Work location: Ubi

Work timing : 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM / 8.00 PM to 8.15 AM

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
