**About The Role**

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce (Amazon) Associate with knowledge of developing strategies and tactics to drive Amazon sales. You must be able to monitor and optimise website content to ensure that it is easy to navigate and visually appealing, and use your e-commerce experience to forecast sales and resolve conflicts. You will also be required to coordinate with the Marketing Department to plan promotional offers and product discounts, while utilising your digital marketing skills to identify new market opportunities and prepare campaigns.

**Responsibilities And Duties**
- Monitor, manage and update website content such as product listings, inventory updates, and more across all Amazon marketplaces
- Analyse and understand consumer behaviour and preferences, while ensuring a hassle-free consumer shopping experience
- Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed
- Analyze sales reports and forecast sales
- Collaborate with social media influencers for promotional campaigns
- Assist the Marketing Department to develop promotional campaigns and monitor the performance of promotional campaigns
- Clear out slow-selling and excess inventory (via re-pricing, promotions, coupon codes, ads, etc.)
- Import products to marketplaces using Amazon Inventory files (.xis and.csv)

**Qualifications And Skills**
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ E-commerce / Business/ Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years of experience in e-commerce and Amazon marketplaces
- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of SEO, SEM, and e commerce optimisation
- Experience selling products through Amazon
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel spreadsheets, formulas (Vlookup, concatenate, etc.), filters, sorting, importing, and exporting sheets to our website.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify current market trends and marketing tactics
- Strong marketing background and proficiency in building an impressive digital presence
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
- Punctual, fast learner, well-spoken, neat, organised, and an efficient multitasker
- Basic knowledge of website HTML/CSS, PHP, CMS website maintenance, and Amazon PPC ads will be an added bonus

**Location and Hours**

You'll be working with like-minded individuals in a full-time role in our office in Singapore.
