**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in MCN operation, e-commerce, social media marketing, e-commerce platform, and product merchant experience.
- Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
