As a senior e-commerce professional, you will play a key role in driving the success of our online business by developing and executing strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans to optimize product listings across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in information, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Work closely with the Order Fulfilment team to streamline order processing and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
  • Manage and execute compelling sales campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, conversion, and average order value.
  • Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of offline marketing initiatives, such as roadshows.
  • Track and manage operational metrics, including sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Proven experience with major e-commerce platforms.
