**Key Responsibilities**:
**Baking & Pastry Production**
- Prepare a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Follow established recipes while maintaining accuracy in ingredient measurements and baking techniques
- Monitor baking times and temperatures for optimal results
- Contribute ideas for new menu items and recipe improvements

**Kitchen Operations & Inventory**
- Manage daily kitchen workflow, production schedules, and team task allocation
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
- Monitor ingredient inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients

**Team Supervision & Collaboration**
- Guide and mentor junior bakers and kitchen staff
- Support customer satisfaction by ensuring baked goods meet visual and taste expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill special orders or catering needs

***Requirements**:

- At least **3 years of experience**in a high-volume bakery, pastry production kitchen, or retail bakery environment
- Skilled in cake and pastry production, baking techniques, and basic decoration
- Strong leadership, time management, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Able to commit **6 days a week**, **8.5 hours per day
