Baggie's Deli is based on Joo Chiat Road, 427493. We prepare meat cuts, cured meats and sausages for retail sale in our shop.

This job will suit a butcher or chef with 2 years experience preparing meats who is looking for a more relaxed working environment and more social work hours.

**Role and Reponsibilities**
- Cleans, cuts, weighs, packages and labels meat as required
- Prepares all types of meat cuts, sausages a cured meats to spec (training will be provided)
- Maintains a clean, organized and sanitary station according to Ministry of Health standards
- Works with Operations Manager to plan future days production and stock ordering
- Performs other duties as required or assigned by Senior Management
- Considers and suggest on ways to improve the kitchen processes

**Experience & Skills**
- Minimum 2 years kitchen experience working with meat is preferred
- Prior butchery experience is preferred
- Physically able to stand for long hours and carry heavy goods
- Able to handle non-halal foods
- Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management
- Comfortable and experienced to work with knives, hand tools and utensils
