Johnson & Johnson, Regional Deliver Finance team is recruiting an Associate Finance Manager who will lead finance support for Deliver function (formerly Customer Logistics Services) for North Asia cluster, and Regional Office projects. Based in Singapore, this is a business partnering role to two groups of business partners in Deliver function in Asia-Pacific Deliver, with approximately 50%~60% of time dedicated to North Asia cluster support and remaining time to Regional Office projects support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive visibility to Deliver-owned financial metrics & project spending status with regular reporting, supported by regular engagement with local Deliver leads & regional project leads/budget owners backed by financial analysis and insights
- Support the expansion of Deliver finance service delivery to North Asia cluster to new segments & service scope
- Drive or support coordination with local North Asia Deliver team and regional project office partners (PMO team, project leads) to support regional FP&A processes for business planning cycles, latest thinking exercise, and actuals reporting
- Coordinate with local operational teams, Deliver Finance and Finance teams across segments to ensure timely submissions within planning cycles, latest thinking exercise, and actuals reporting
- Coordinate with project leaders and various finance teams across tiers and regions to ensure timely and accurate book-keeping for responsible budgets for regional office projects (including handling cross-charges, accruals, and financial master data set-up, etc)
- Lead regional project financials tracking to support global reporting
- Provide support to financial evaluation and decision support on regional projects, as well as to provide guidance on finance related steps within project governance and capital appropriation request approval processes
- Support other ad-hoc financial analysis for operational decision support, as well as ad-hoc implementation of finance policy changes
- Drive continuous improvement in the reporting & automation capabilities within core responsibilities for North Asia and regional projects support
- Provide support on Project SIGNIFI change management on management reporting and business planning (currently only Pharmaceutical segment), where required

**Qualifications**
Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
- Member of CMA or equivalent
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint)

- Good to have: Experience with use of automation solutions (Alteryx, etc) and software supporting data analytics & visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
