**Job Description - Associate Finance Manager**

Our Singapore office is currently looking for an Associate Finance Manager. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager. This individual will be part of the Reporting Team, responsible for the month end closing and quarterly financial reporting, internal and external audit provided to entities.

**The Role**:

- Handle full set of Company accounts
- Responsible for the overall accounting and tasks that include (not limited to) AP & AR processes, GL, account reconciliation etc.
- Prepare monthly analysis for financial reporting
- Prepares and maintains accounting ledgers, journals and associated worksheets, schedules, financial statements and reports, studies and analyses according to FRS
- Assist in consolidation report, XBRL and financial statements in year end
- Quarterly GST Reporting Preparation
- Liaise with external auditors
- Handle statistics and business surveys to Singapore Department of Statistics
- Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy or Finance or Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification
- At least 5 - 7 years of related experience in the related field is required
- Able to meet up with tight deadlines
- Able to follow instructions diligently to ensure that deliverables are understood and achieved while maintaining a critical mindset to find ways in future workflows improvement
- Proactive, committed, independent, meticulous & responsible
- Possess strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, resourceful and eye for detail
- Possess strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills
