**Our client is an established US Fund Manager looking for an expansion headcount to their Singapore team. This role will focus on advising market regulations on trading related activities within the macro products suite.**:
**Job Scope**:

- Provide compliance advisory to the trading desk on licensing, cross border arrangements, manage conflicts of interest and providing real time guidance.
- Monitor the firm’s trading activities to ensure compliance with global trading regulations and internal policies.
- Be familiar with OTC derivatives reporting for both regulatory and non-regulatory purposes.
- Implement compliance monitoring programs and assist with ad-hoc compliance tasks, including technology enhancements.
- Provide regional compliance coverage.

**Requirements**:

- 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in an investment bank, equity trading or asset management firm.
- Good understanding of Singapore securities laws including the Securities and Futures Act, the Capital Markets Services License regime and guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
