
Junior Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced **Junior Business Development Manager** to drive growth for our Production Services team. This commission-based role will target corporate and educational clients, focusing on expanding our offerings in eCourse creation, interactive content, video lesson production, and graphic design. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong networks in Singapore’s corporate and educational sectors, looking to leverage their connections to bring in new business and elevate our presence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and educational sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers within prospective client organisations.
- Promote and market our production services, including eCourse creation, interactive content, video lesson production, and graphic design services.
- Actively manage sales pipelines, from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close.
- Develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with production and creative teams to ensure accurate project scoping and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, progress, and market feedback.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in education, training, or creative production services.
- Strong network within corporate and educational sectors in Singapore.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with eLearning, multimedia production, and instructional design is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules.
- Strong organisational and presentation skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $2,800.00 - $8,846.91 per month
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
