The Clinic Management Associate will play a vital role in supporting all operational functions to ensure the clinic’ operations are run smoothly and successfully.

The Clinic Management Associate will work closely with the operations team and the clinic staff to supervise, manage, and execute daily operations in relation to, but not limited to, the following areas:
**Clinic Operations**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Ensure policies and SOPs are adhered to by all clinic staff
- Ensure accurate and proper billing and daily collections
- Oversee clinic stocks and plan for re-stocking per clinic requirements
- Motivate clinic team members to display high level of team spirit and drive towards achieving clinics’ targets
- Ensuring promotions are smoothly executed at the clinics
- Manage patient feedback/complaints and oversee service recovery
- Provide administrative support where needed
- Any other ad-hoc duties

**Clinic Infrastructure**
- Ensure clinic infrastructure is sufficient and functional, including managing maintenance and repairs of equipment where necessary
- Ensure clinic environment is maintained to required standards
- Ensure clinic resources are maintained in organized manner

The Clinic Management Associate will report to the Operations Executive and/or Operations Manager and work with team members and all relevant stakeholders on the above matters, and any other duties as may be assigned.

**Working schedule**
- 5 days’ workweek involving shiftwork consisting of the following:

- 3 weekdays: 9am to 9pm with 2 hours of meal breaks.
- 1 weekday and 1 Saturday OR Sunday: 9am to 5pm with 1 hour of meal break
- Cross-deployment may be required depending on manpower requirements (transport reimbursement and cross deployment allowance is provided where cross deployment is required)

**Requirements**:
Experience and Education:

- No prior experience necessary, but any experience in following related fields would be advantageous:

- Dental Assistant/ Clinic Assistant/ Nurse
- Customer Service Officer/ Customer Service Executive/ Patient Services Associate
- Patient Care Coordinator/ Case Manager
- Receptionist/ Call center
- Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (Including non-dental experience).
- Experience in the service industry (F&B, waitering, Spa, Airline, etc)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

In addition, the successful applicant should possess:

- Interest in service operations management, customer service or equivalent
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, in particular interpersonal skills to liaise with staff and patients
- Good organizational and analytical skills - prioritization of tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Positive working attitude with willingness to learn
- Good written skills
- Ability to work with IT software and computers - clinic management and administrative software is heavily used in the clinics
- Ability and flexibility to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
