Healing Hands Chiropractic is a leading chiropractic and wellness clinic in Singapore, dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health through evidence-based chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and holistic wellness services. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and passionate Clinic Associate to join us in providing top-quality care to our clients.

About the Role:

As a Clinic Associate, you will be the heart of our patient experience, ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering top-notch customer service. Your role includes:

Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and professional approach

Answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments efficiently

Managing patient flow and handling multiple tasks with ease

Checking in and out patients using cloud-based software

Following up with patients to ensure continuity of care

Assisting doctors in daily clinic operations

Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment

Working around 44 hours per week (1 weekday + 1 weekend off)

Performing other ad-hoc duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)

1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Computer literacy is a must

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field to be considered for Senior position.

Comfortable with Shift work based on Clinic operation hours.
