Little Paddington Preschool’s vision is to provide a world-class holistic learning space, where children discover their love for learning.

We currently have 8 schools across Singapore.

We are expanding rapidly and currently looking for a Cluster Head to join our team.
- Responsible for a cluster of 8-10 pre-school centres
- Oversee planning, implementation of curriculum and processes to support the Centre as well as holistic development of children
- Monitor effectiveness of learning programmes and curriculum
- Manage health and safety issues of centres
- Increase enrolment and achieve revenue/profitability targets including target for enrichment programmes and other projects
- Implement policies and ensure compliance with quality and statutory requirements
- Mentor the Principals to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching & evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies
- Effective integration of new schools
- Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives
- Prepare budget & control budget expenditures
- Lead, guide, coach, evaluate and inspire team performance
- Oversee the implementation of Centre initiatives and activities
- Set up platforms to engage parents and community
- Implementation of excellent service culture and best practices
- Liaise with the CEO and Centre Principal on any urgent matters

**Experience/Desired Skillset**
- 3 to 5 years of experience of being a Principal in a pre-school setting
- At lease 2-3 years of experience of being a Cluster Head of preschools
- Excellent leadership to lead team of professional teachers and staff as well as have detailed planning qualities
- Must be fluent in Chinese and English
- Self-starting approach and positive attitude to contribute
- Adaptable with the willingness to learn and implement new changes
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Good experience working closely with parents and teachers
- Worked in schools that have a diverse population and profile
- Experience with Licensing and SPARKS is a bonus but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Educational Qualification**
- Possesses a minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching & Leadership
