This is a senior role as Head, Sustainability to champion the sustainability initiatives and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) efforts for a real estate developer and help promote a culture of sustainability as part of core business strategy. Our client has ambitious business plans and this will be exciting times to be part of a growing business across geographies.

Based in Singapore and reporting to CEO, you will be heading up corpporate sustainability function and to drive strategic sustainability roadmaps, establish best practices and recommend relevant action plans at the corporate and country level strategies, promoting a strong sustainability culture across the business. You will also drive green value-add solutions as part of the business development strategy for all countries, working closely with the senior management team in driving their business P&L through building up sustainability partnerships and capabilities. Manage the Global Sustainability report, which includes the MSCI ESG Ratings and the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) and provides sustainability progress updates, key emerging trends and regulatory directions to the Leadership team and the Board of Directors.

We are looking for an experienced Sustainability Leader with 15 years experience in strategic sustainability management with proven track-record in real estate. You will have proven knowledge in areas of MSCI ESG Ratings, GRESB and green building requirement, with experience in working with senior leadership teams influencing and work with teams across geographies.
