**The Job**:
You will be part of the Engineering & Sustainability team and report to the Head, Workspace Operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for driving engineering excellence, innovation ideas, and sustainability for business parks, industrial, commercial buildings and retail malls in Singapore
- Drive initiatives/property technology to improve buildings’ operational efficiency and greening existing buildings
- Implement solutions to improve buildings utilities, track and monitor the outcomes
- Lead a team to provide technical support, energy efficiency project implementation, workplace safety and health to property under management
- Liaise with various stakeholders, senior leaders and business units on the sustainability roadmap and reporting
- Provide advisory on sustainability solutions and market standards
- Provide advisory and solutions to technical and operations teams for day-to-day operations
- Provide technical inputs for new development and major AEI projects
- Conversant with the current ESG codes and market standards and be up to speed with the sustainability trends in the market.

**Requirements**:

- At least 12-15 years’ proven track record in the real estate industry with a good understanding of Engineering & Sustainability
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Strong knowledge of the ACMV system, building management system and knowledge of green buildings requirement (e.g. Green Mark)
- Experience in energy management and audit will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good contact with government agencies such as BCA, NEA etc
