Our Client is Japanese Listed Building Developer Company. The role of a Building Services Executive/ Senior Executive is to be responsible for Building Management.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Liaise with external service contractors on work needed
- Ensure tenant’s fitting out and reinstatement work are carried out smoothly
- Execute preventive maintenance and correct maintenance measures
- Co-ordinate submission of documents to related parties and authorities including Superior landlord
- Provide support and give cooperation to Takashimaya’s related department
- Involve in emergency management during evacuation and giving support to superior
- Assist in annual budgeting of the department, taking control of expenditure and capex
- Assist in monitoring monthly expenditure and capex and explain budget variances
- Any other duties as may be designated by the company
- ** Requirement**:

- 【 What they are looking for 】
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities, Real Estate, or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in building services or facilities management, preferably in a shopping centre
- Knowledge of building systems and equipment, as well as troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable attitude to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willing to do work on Saturday/ Sunday and/or PH (either 1 time or 2 times a month)
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
