**Senior Associate, Total Rewards (Global Benefits)**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the end-to-end review, planning and operations of global benefits programme for workforce of 800+ employees across 9 countries
- Understand local legislations and ensure compliance of our benefits offerings to local laws in each jurisdiction; incorporate understanding of employee needs and refine recommendations to ensure competitiveness of benefits programme in offices globally
- Manage day-to-day operations of benefits programme, including but not limited to group insurances, corporate credit card, leave and medical and other in-house programmes for a global workforce of 800+ employees
- Drive system change request arising from regulatory and/or benefits enhancements
- Partner with various internal stakeholders and external vendors for comprehensive review and successful implementation of benefits programme, projects, processes and controls
- Manage benefits related enquires from employees
- Manage regular reporting to internal teams for tax and accounting purposes
- Participate in benefits audit processes and subsequent reviews to ensure adherence to guidelines or to streamline processes
- Support ad hoc projects as required.

**Qualifications/ Capabilities**
- Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- Preferably 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team members
- Effective EQ and communication skills to manage expectations and timelines amongst the various stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
- Positive attitude towards learning, strong sense of initiative and ability to problem solve, to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with SuccessFactors will be an advantage
