Overview

Associate to the Global Managing Partner at Selion Global. This is not a classic assistant role — it is a right-hand/business partner position, combining client-facing support in a professional services environment with coordination of select projects and international events. The role is fully remote and part-time (percentage to be discussed), designed for an experienced professional who values flexibility while working at the centre of a globally active leadership consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the right hand to the Global Managing Partner, ensuring focus, alignment, and clear decision-making.
  • Support client-facing work at Selion Global: draft and manage senior-level correspondence, prepare client-ready briefing documents, and track follow-ups.
  • Maintain high-level client and partner relations - representing leadership with discretion, diplomacy, and polish.
  • Support business development initiatives and business partner relationship management (CRM updates, light research, pipeline tracking).
  • Curate and coordinate select events and international leadership residencies for Paresa Collection: liaise with venues, vendors, clients and business partners; oversee planning and execution.
  • Prepare and refine presentations, briefing notes, and marketing deliverables (Google Workspace, Canva, LinkedIn scheduling).
  • Ensure all communications and materials meet professional standards of tone and presentation.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years' experience supporting C-level leaders in professional services (consulting, retained executive search, private banking, private equity) or in senior client-facing hospitality roles.
  • Skilled in drafting and refining client-facing communications.
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and digitally fluent, comfortable leveraging AI tools as well as Canva, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and Notion.
  • Professional maturity, discretion, and the ability to act as a trusted representative of leadership in sensitive, high-stakes settings.
  • Organised, anticipatory, and independent - thrives in a fast-moving business environment.
