**Job Description:
1_ To handle the day-to-day activities of the partner and carry out business in a manner that will yield greater profits

2_ To hire, train, select new staff whenever necessary

3_ To maintain the relationship with vendors and distribution partners

4_ Keep constant update on the latest developments in the related areas

5_ Develop strategy to identify new clients for the company

6_ Actively participate in all the meetings, presentations and roadshows (Local and Oversea)

7_Discovering reliable local or oversea vendor and initiate procurement partnerships

8_Particpating in negotiation with external vendors to secure advantageous terms

9_Discovering reliable local or oversea distributor and initiate partnerships

10_Particpating in negotiation with existing and new distributor to secure advantageous terms

11_ Build and maintain a strong network of business partners across all levels of the global organization.

Essential Skills Required:
If you are a successful partner or an associate partner you need to have the following set of skills:

- Exceptional communication skills are a must to maintain good client and vendor relationship and develop new ones
- A good business acumen to identify and tap new opportunities in the form of clients
- Excellent at prioritizing work according to work load by exhibiting excellent time management and organizational skills
- Should have an ability to work in a team and follow the given instructions and procedures
- Able to supervise and lead the team in the absence of the partner
- Able to work under pressure and have an ability to meet the targeted deadlines
