As an Associate Partner at Wavestone Singapore, you will be at the forefront of shaping the firm’s strategic direction in Asia. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead high-impact consulting engagements, drive market growth, and influence the future of digital and organizational transformation across the region. You will operate as a trusted advisor to clients and a senior leader within the firm, combining commercial acumen with deep consulting expertise.

**Role Description**
- Lead strategic consulting engagements focused on digital transformation and innovation.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies to strengthen Wavestone’s positioning in the region.
- Oversee large-scale programs, ensuring delivery excellence across global and regional teams.
- Bring and manage own's client portfolio and pursue its development in Singapore and across Asia.
- Drive business development through opportunity identification, proposal creation, and client relationship management.
- Manage and grow high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous development.
- Contribute to firm-wide strategic planning and operational leadership.

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of consulting experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in digital strategy, transformation, and emerging technologies.
- Proven success in managing complex client engagements and large teams.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and stakeholder management.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
