- We’re looking for a Consultant to join our Regional Benefits Management team in Singapore_

**What the day will look like**- Development of global benefit strategies and policies aligned with client's business objectives:
- Benchmark and design benefit programs across APAC (e.g. medical & risk insurances, employee perquisites and allowances, expatriate benefits)-
- Provision of optimal benefit funding strategies and leading risk management solutions-
- Design and implementation of leading benefit technology solutions-
- Support in M&A due diligence and integration projects-
- Provide benefits data analytics advisory-
- Support in the design and execution of health and wellness strategies-
- Pursue opportunities to articulate Aon's Global Benefits and broader benefits consulting offering to the market- Collaborate on business development opportunities with Global or Regional Sales teams- Contribute to leveraging Aon's capabilities to build differentiated and innovative global benefits solutions- Foster close working relationships across the firm, within both Global Benefits and Health & Benefits, as well as colleagues in Human Capital Solutions and wider team- Strategic account management for key Aon global benefit client relationships- Models client focus excellence and responsible for mentoring and training junior consulting staff- Maintain required professional qualification

**How this opportunity is different**

You will have the opportunity to support our Industry Practice Group by working closely with the practice leaders and our local country placement teams in supporting existing client management, new client wins and retention across our large market, regional and global benefits segments. You will also help to retain strong strategic partnerships with leading multinationals around global benefits management.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**- At least five years relevant industry experience, e.g. regional and/or consulting experience- Effective communication skills that can cover senior management and multi-cultural stakeholders- Multi-country expertise of local market statutory, market practice, and best practice conditions cross-border project management- Stakeholder and project management skills to support cross-border project**How we support our colleagues**
