**Management Associate Programme**

Develop the leader in you with our Management Associate Programme which is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders. Over a period of 24 or 30 months, you will experience accelerated learning though first-hand exposure where you will learn and appreciate different aspects of the business, and undergo job rotations across different outlets / fields, this will enable you to be the strong support of the Business Development Team and the Education Development team and broadening your perspective of the music education landscape in Singapore.

You will also have the opportunity to acquire regional work experiences that will build your strategic market knowledge and insights.

**What we look for in a Cristofori Management Associate**:

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
- Two years of work experience preferred.
- An impressive track record in leadership
- Fluency in English and preferably a second language

**Remuneration Package**
- Initial monthly remuneration: $3,200 - $3,500.
- Qualified Management Associate may earn a total monthly remuneration package of $4,000 upon completion of the 12 months of service, and, $4,500-$5,000 or more upon completion of the 24 months program
- Career advancement to be the Outlet Manager, Business Development Manager, or Business & Education Operation Manager.
- 5 or 6-days work week package.

**Work Location**

Cristofori Music Schools (Singapore) and Headquarters.
