**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Learning & Development initiatives and translate the broader strategies into progressive practices and programs
- Develop, design and drive learning & development strategies, policies and processes to strengthen the learning culture
- Partner with the business managers to develop and launch functional, leadership competency frameworks by identifying business needs and leveraging on learning & development programs
- Implement and formalise various learning methods company-wide (eg., coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
- Create and execute learning interventions and programs to address organisational development needs and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity
- Design, develop and implement leadership development roadmap and programs to build the effectiveness and capability of people managers
- Lead and implement the career development strategy and framework for the organisation
- Serve as a consultant for performance management activities including the smooth planning and execution of talent mapping, goal setting and individual development planning
- Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of learning data
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or relevant field
- Experience in conceptualising and implementing leadership and talent development framework
- Vendor Management: Experience in assessing, selecting, managing and measuring effectiveness of service providers and ensuring high quality delivery against established service level agreements
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communication effectively with leaders, peers, staff and other stakeholders
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
- Experience in coaching for performance, knowledge and experience in performance management methodologies
- Ability to perform independently under limited supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous with an eye for detail
