The
**Transact Enablement Manager** role is a pivotal role responsible for successful and compliant revenue processing within month/quarter close, in partnership with business stakeholders and our outsourced vendor. The Transact Enablement Manager is accountable for end-to-end forecasting, planning and readiness, to minimize risk of unprocessed revenue during critical close periods. This role is accountable for the successful implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, demonstrating the ability to optimize our processes and build new solutions for the future as our business needs continue to change and complexity increases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for global quarter close readiness, reporting & post-mortems to Senior Exec audience
- Use data and business insights to deliver critical transaction forecasts for capacity planning, and to inform the business on emerging trends
- Readiness planning & risk management to ensure successful compliant transaction processing
- Drive an environment of continuous learning/improvement, drive positive change across global Transact Services and business stakeholders
- In partnership with the global BPO team, provide guidance, feedback and leadership to drive the vendor to achieve continuous improvement
- Support critical prioritisations & escalations to resolution across multiple stakeholder groups
- Provide key insights from a Transact Services perspective into listening systems for future enhancements of policy & capabilities to enable a more streamlined transaction engine
- Drive transformational change as we move to a more digitized business, assess how we need to continually evolve from a transaction engine perspective

**Essential qualities include**:

- Strong business knowledge and ability to set clear expectations around business outcomes within a global multi-site operation
- Strong data analytical and forecasting skills
- Proven experience of influencing across groups, managing individuals both directly and indirectly to achieve a common goal
- Demonstrated change and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multinational environment, working across multiple lines of business
- Strong team player with ability to work across cultures effectively, valuing diversity within a virtual team
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with a keen understanding of how to drive results
- Outstanding attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture (be both broad and deep)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (open, confident communicator effective in senior levels of engagement)

**Qualifications**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field (Operations, Accounting, Finance or IT) or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated work experience in an operations environment involving software licensing, account management, technical consulting or customer support
- Direct experience in working with international stakeholders and driving process improvements in highly complex and rapidly changing environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA is an advantage
- PMP Certification is a plus
- Working knowledge of International business practises
