- Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Generate leads and build relationships via planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
- Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objective.
- Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximise sales opportunities and reflect the organisation's goals. Responsible for the development of the Sales plan, prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the upper management and senior stakeholder, for use in organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Supervision of Russia sales staff and to be responsible for the growth and budget of the sales team.
- Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
- Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports for internal stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least 5 Year(s) of experience in managing cross-cultural teams.
- Previous experience in Sales in forex or CFDs is a must.
- Excellent English conversational and writing skills.
- Excellent Russian conversational and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem solving and excellent networking skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business as well as ability to work under pressure to meet KPI.
- Expert knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
- Extensive knowledge of MT4.
