What the role is:

Head, Commercial Leasing

You will lead a team in the implementation and management of leasing strategies for a portfolio of commercial properties to optimise their uses for the economic and social development of Singapore.

What you will be working on:

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with tenants and attend to feedback/appeals
  • Develop deeper understanding of customer needs pertaining to space requirements and utilisation to enhance their experience and balance stakeholders' interests
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective leasing strategies for the portfolio
  • Formulate and review leasing policies and processes
  • Manage the team's functioning to a high standard; ensure expedient follow-up on matters with proper documentation; and provide regular reporting to management

What we are looking for:

  • At least 8 years of working experience in the real estate industry and prior experience in supervisory role will be preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills
  • Meticulous, analytical and driven
