**Responsibilities**
- Provides administrative support to diagnostics services to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations
- Organizes / sets up meetings with laboratory & radiology stakeholders
- Assist in preparation of statistic reports and presentation materials.
- Updating of downtime manual lab & rad order forms
- Collates outcomes of quality assurance audits to facilitate reporting
- Assist in the e-procurement process for diagnostics purchases.
- Maintains diagnostics filing system and inventory list of all laboratory and radiology assets in the polyclinics
- Assists to maintain “Target Zero Harm” culture at workplace
- Assists to ensure diagnostic services are compliant to all quality assurance and safety standards
- Performs any other duties as assigned /required by supervisor / department

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma, GCE N/O/A Level or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in team environment.
- Resourceful, self-motivated and effective team player
- Prior experience in public healthcare would be an added advantage
