- **The Opportunity**

As a Mercedes-Benz Diagnosis Specialist, you will be at the forefront of providing hands-on diagnostics and solutioning for our premium vehicles. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of technical service, supporting both workshop teams and customers to maintain the unparalleled quality associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Hands-On Diagnostics & Solutioning:

- Conduct in-depth diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues in Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
- Provide real-time support and innovative solutions for complex technical problems.

2. Technical Expertise & Support:

- Collaborate with technical teams to implement updates and modifications as needed.

3. System & Tool Mastery:

- Utilize specialized Mercedes-Benz diagnostic / computerized systems and tools to ensure efficient and accurate vehicle performance optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest diagnostic technologies and processes.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance:

- Ensure diagnostics and repairs comply with Mercedes-Benz standards and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of diagnostic findings and repair processes.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive diagnostics, with a focus on luxury vehicles.
- Relevant certification in Mercedes-Benz CDT is highly preferred
- Proficiency in using Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems
- Possess a valid SIngapore Class 3 driving license
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
