**Responsibilities**:

- Answer & Direct Phone Calls & Online Inquiries
- Handle Communications between Inter-Companies & Suppliers
- Manage & Conduct Data Entry
- Assist with all Budget Activities & Accounting
- Assist with Preparation of Confidential & Sensitive Documents & Reports
- Assist with New Motorcycle Registration
- Assist with Creation of Hire Purchase Documents
- Printing, Scanning & Filing of Documents
- Assist Sales & After Sales Team
- Handle Client's Invoices
- Maintain Hygiene of Shop
- Conduct Opening & Closing of Shop
- Provide Support for Managers & Executives
- Any other matters deemed important by the Company

**Requirements**:

- Good Written & Spoken English
- Bonus if you are Fluent in a Second Language
- Good with Computers & Software Apps
- Understanding of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Willing to Work Remotely & In-Store
- Great Attitude & Willingness to Learn
- Prior Admin Experience is a Bonus

Remuneration: $800 to $2,000
Who can apply: Anybody residing in Singapore

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 44 per week

**Salary**: $800.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
License/Certification:

- Class 2B Driving Licence (preferred)
- Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred)
