**Role and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the acquisition of new customers, managing a portfolio of existing customers and building strong, trusted relationships with them.
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth strategies that are aligned to the company’s target.
- Identify new trading/revenue opportunities on the buy side, and appeal to new network of buyers.
- Originate, structure and execute proposals and commercial deals on the sell side for various environment attributes, including carbon credits and renewable energy certificates, from various sources.
- Deliver high-quality customer service that exceed customers’ expectations and goals.
- Design and lead customer communication and spearhead marketing activities.

**Preferred Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Masters’ Degree
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in business and partnership development, sales, brokering role or B2B sales in the Commodity/Financial markets; with a strong track record of sales, origination and relationship management
- Experience in buy and/or sell-side market for carbon credits and renewable energy certificates will be advantageous
- Knowledge of carbon markets, corporate sustainability and with understanding of market dynamics in the carbon market (compliance and/or voluntary).
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
