Job summary

Key responsibility areas
- Support and assist marketing activities including, but not limited to, the production of client and prospect proposals, quotes, PowerPoint presentations, and letters
- Contact potential and existing clients to present our product and service offering in a proactive marketing approach
- Persuade potential clients to purchase a product or service
- Research and gather client information and contacts
- Service clients for incoming orders and address any questions or issues clients may have
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and needs
- Follow up on prospective lead and client correspondence
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients
- Control inventory of marketing material ensuring there is an appropriate stock level of the latest company and vendor material
- Assemble information packs for prospective client visits
- Assist with the coordination and administration of functions and marketing events including room booking, catering, room set up, invitations, name tags, and more
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects
- Take on other duties as assigned

Skills, Experience and Qualities Required
- Previous inside sales/telemarketing experience, preferably in the services sector
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed lead generation targets
- Excellent administration and organizational skills including time management
- Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with people across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a team or as an individual in a motivated manner
- Ability to work in an organized manner
- Self-starter with high attention to detail
- Fluency in English is essential
- Intermediate level with the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Relevant professional certifications will be well regarded
