An Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving the revenue growth of the company by proactively reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how the company's products or services can address those needs.

This role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating closely with other sales, licensing specialists, services, and marketing team members to achieve the KPIs.

**Responsibilities**

**Prospect and Identify Leads**
- Research and identify potential clients through various sources such as databases, social media, industry events, and referrals.

**Relationship Building**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and resource for their needs.
- Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and stay top-of-mind with potential customers.

**Consultative Selling**
- Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to understand their challenges, goals, and needs.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings, aligning them with the prospects' requirements.

**Sales Process Management**
- Manage and track sales activities, leads, and interactions in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Move prospects through the sales pipeline by scheduling product demonstrations, meetings, and presentations for the Key Account Manager/Director.

**Collaboration**
- Collaborate closely with the marketing & program teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
- Work with the sales team to share insights and strategies for closing deals.

**Quota Achievement**
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets within specified timeframes.

**Product Knowledge**
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products/services, staying up-to-date with any updates or changes.
- Articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the offerings.

**Continuous Learning**
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to remain competitive in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of the IT industry and Microsoft solutions. At least 2 years of experience as an inside sales representative.
