Se asegura de que el personal trabaje como un equipo para garantizar un servicio óptimo y la satisfacción de las necesidades de los huéspedes. Completa las tareas de apertura y cierre según sea necesario, incluyendo la preparación de los suministros y utensilios necesarios, la limpieza de equipos y áreas, cierre seguro de puertas, etc. Mantiene las áreas de trabajo limpias durante el día, practicando los procedimientos de limpiar sobre la marcha. Examina los comedores para determinar los asientos disponibles, la calidad del servicio, la seguridad y el bienestar de los huéspedes. Completa las órdenes de trabajo para reparaciones de mantenimiento y las presenta al departamento apropiado o se pone en contacto directamente con el mismo para reparaciones urgentes. Informa sobre cualquier incidente y accidente de empleados, huéspedes y proveedores a gerencia y a Prevención de Pérdidas en el momento del incidente o accidente. Comunica información al gerente/supervisor documentando la información pertinente en el departamento apropiado. Asiste a los gerentes con la contratación, entrenamiento, horarios, evaluación, asesoramiento, disciplina y motivación y formación de empleados, y sirve como modelo a seguir.
