**Responsibilities**:
- Support the daily operations of the Front Desk as well as Residence as a whole.
- Attend to all enquiries, reservations and feedback.
- Address all concerns or complaints with the utmost urgency and professionally.
- Assign rooms for room change and reservations made for individual, group and short-term bookings.
- Handle all tenants' Check-In and Check-Out in an accurate, efficient and friendly manner.
- Conduct in-room and/or house rules orientation in a professional manner.
- Activate, record and monitor the room access card(s).
- Follow up on damages / defects with tenants and external vendor(s).
- Perform cashier duty, generate receipt, invoices and reports and ensure accuracy at end of day settlement.
- Process commissions for paid reservations to agents.
- Carry out night audit process with the property management system.
- Prepare operational reports to management, such as occupancy forecast, monthly arrival and departure list and monthly survey on service quality.
- Work along with outsourced partners like Housekeeping, Security and Property Management.
- Occasionally to help-out and/or attend after-shift Residence events.
- Uphold the image of the Residence in terms of cleanliness and tidiness at the front-and-back of the house at all times.
- Ad-hoc front desk administrative duties as assigned.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in front line operations and counter duties.
- Experience with Opera system.
- Work with maturity, meticulous care, confidence and independence.
- Maintain good grooming and mannerism.
- Be in uniform during working shifts.
- Able to work in 2 rotating shifts and Saturday(s).
