We are a casting agency providing talents for commercials, print ads, and digital campaigns. Were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Operations & Talent Booking Executive**to manage the companys daily operations and support talent bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Daily Operational & Admin Duties**
- Maintain digital and physical records of bookings, contracts, and invoices.
- Track project progress, job timelines, and follow up on outstanding paperwork.
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and coordination with accounts team.
- Ensure smooth internal coordination and communication flow.

**Talent Booking & Quotation Support**
- Coordinate **direct bookings** of talents from the agencys existing pool.
- Liaise with clients and production teams to confirm talent availability and job details.
- Prepare **quotations** based on project scope, usage rights, and talent fees.
- Issue call sheets, booking confirmations, and release forms.
- Ensure clear communication between talents, clients, and the internal team throughout the project lifecycle.

**Job Requirements**:

- 12 years of admin, operations, or production coordination experience.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills; professional and people-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
- Prior experience in casting, media, or talent management is a plus.
