**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in managing and delivering all talent information and requests under the Zouk Group outlets ensuring one voice representation resulting in clear understanding with relation to bookings between respective agencies to arrange terms of contract, dates and fees.
- Ensure all datelines, payments, T&Cs, and logistics are met in a timely manner as per contract requirements.
- Point of contact during Resident events to ensure brand guidelines are met.
- To engage, manage, host, and coordinate roaming talents for all Zouk Group outlets.
- To manage talent related events and projects including planning and on ground execution.
- Other ad-hoc duties when required.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- No experience required.
- Demonstrate strong and clear focus, accountability, team effectiveness, attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate experience as a self-starter, capable of organizing your own time to achieve deadlines, prioritizing tasks within given time frames.
- Solid understanding and passion of the global, regional and local music industry.
