  • In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through seamless reservation processes.

You will work closely with the reservations sales team to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, focusing on conversion rates, abandoned call ratios, and quality assurance. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining accuracy of arrivals, including billing, VIP status, and guest preferences.

Maintaining high levels of performance within the reservations guest experience is essential, as is providing support for the reservations and operations teams. You will also be responsible for managing rooming lists, corporate bookings, and crew blocks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support reservations sales team to meet KPIs
  • Maintain accuracy of arrivals
  • Manage rooming lists, corporate bookings, and crew blocks
  • Provide support for reservations and operations teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in reservations sales
  • Strong working knowledge of CRS, PMS, RESAWeb or distribution systems
  • Details-oriented individual
  • External and internal environment understanding
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Great communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Customer/commercial focus
  • Multicultural awareness and ability to work with diverse cultures
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change
