To be overall responsible for the up-keeping, maintenance and cleanliness of the dormitory premises, facilities and efficient management of manpower and resources.
- To co-ordinate marketing efforts to ensure that the occupancy of the dormitory is at optimum level at all times.
- To liaise with government authorities on any issue that may arise from time to time.
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.
- Conduct regular unit inspection and rectification on irregularities
- Liaison officer liaises between two organizations to communicate and coordinate their activities by serving as an official go-between for senior officials of both organizations.
- The liaison officer is also expected to be active in the liaison organization and attends their key meetings.
