Main Responsibilities:

- To be responsible for the compliance and efficient operations of the dormitories;
- Daily check and report on vice activities of residents pertaining to drug abuse, theft, alcohol intoxication, violence, peddling of contraband cigarettes and illegal works outside of Company;
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and dormitory management for all dormitory matters;
- Report violation of dormitory house rules and conduct briefing of house rules and regulations for current and new residents;
- Perform and report on monthly checks on dormitory electrical, fixtures and structures to ensure safe operational conditions;
- Handle employee’s repatriation when necessary;
- Assist the Senior Security Executive to oversee and supervise the duties of the security team, cleaning team and vendors;
- Assist the Senior Security Executive in all matters pertaining to security and housekeeping; ensure that all employees and their matters are dealt with in accordance with established SOPs;
- Assist to conduct OJT for new Security Officers;
- Carry out daily random checks and report on the stock balance of products in the sales trucks;
- Support Senior Security Executive and Housekeeping team during any customer or statutory audits, outbreak or emergency situation;
- Random check on foreign workers’ external housing to deter false declaration or overcrowding; To cover duties of Senior Security Executive in his absence.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferably in dormitory operations, security or facility management related field.
- Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Basic office administration process
- Working knowledge on FEDA is advantageous.
- Monday-Friday (1.00pm to 10.00pm), Saturday 8.00am-12.30pm.
