
Management of Change Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Requires significant EPCI project experience communicating and liaising with different stakeholders including external and internal clients, management, and peers. Requires outstanding commercial acumen and understanding of management of change and claims management processes.
- Following corporate and project standards, own and manage change management database, ensuring information is up to date and changes are properly and thoroughly captured, flowed, and approved through the system prior to implementation.
- Administer claims management tools, driving the update of information, providing access to relevant personnel, guiding on their usage, and encouraging the identification, evaluation, and submission of claims through the system.
- Facilitate claims and management of change review meetings, setting up their cadence, ensuring persons of interest are present, and processes are properly prioritized and streamlined to completion.
- Communicate with Project Management Team and related corporate reviewers and expedite actions required to be taken to close management of change and claims processes in time and at the project’s best interest.
- Communicate to Project Controls Management team regularly and prepare relevant reports on status, positions, bottlenecks, and impacts of management of change and claims processes.
- Consolidate and disseminate project lessons learnt, conducting productive information sharing sessions as well as communicating the captured results to the relevant parties in the organization
- Drive and ensure relations with peers, leaders, staff, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders, as applicable for the work scope, are carried within the applicable policies and procedures prescribed by the Integrated Management System.
