We are japanses manufacturer for exhaust gas abatement system. Our customers are semiconductor, solar cell, LCD, chemical, printing, petrochemical, air pollution emitter companies.
We are looking for Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive, Assistant Sales Manager to join the Sales team in Singapore office
- Responsible for account management of the customers who are mainly in Singapore. (some are in South East Asia countries)
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers to present/promote the existing and new products.
- Coordination with the manufacturer in Japan/Taiwan in Japanese or Chinese and with customers in English or Chinese.
- Attend technical meeting, sales meeting and meeting with customers.
- Prepare sales report & meeting minutes.
- Issue quotation, price calculation and price Negotiation with customers and suppliers.
- Arrange delivery schedule with customers and factories.
- Customer entertainment may required.
- Meeting with technical team in japan and technical support team locally.
**Requirements
- Min. diploma in Business or degree holder
- Good command of written and spoken of Japanese and English.
- Chinese speaking will be useful for some customers who are Chinese spekers.
- Responsible and Independent.
- Positive thinker and self-motivation.Able to use Microsoft Words, Excel and power Point.
