Our client is a Japanese electronic components company and they are currently looking for Sales Executive to support the company's sales for existing clients, together with supporting day-to-day activities.
You will be working with 2 staff and will report to the Assistant General Manager and Chief Manager.
【What you will be working on】
- Visit clients and maintain good relationships with existing clients(80%)
- Present, promote and sell products/services for new clients based on their inquiries(20%)
- Forecast and execute sales planning
- Handle delivery arrangements and schedule updates
- Handling defects and issues if any
- Issuing an invoice to clients
- Any other duties as assigned by the manager or management.
- ** Requirement**:

- 【 What they are looking for 】
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar experience (Experience in an electronic components-related company (trading/distributor) or sales experience in another industry)
- Meticulous and detailed oriented personality
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients
- Good command of English and Japanese (N2 level) is essential in order to communicate with head office in Japan and natives speaking clients
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30
