Our client is a Japanese MNC founded in Japan in 1955 as a small manufacturer of marine equipment and is now a global company with a reputable name in the marine industry. They are looking for an After-Sales Support Executive to prepare and issue customer service and spare part quotations.
This role will be reporting to the Sales Manager.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Handling of Purchase Orders (PO) & Delivery Orders (DO)
- Attend to technical enquiries from customer
- Liaise with customer for dispatch of spares and service engineer attendance
- Pick & pack spares when necessary
- Prepare shipping documents and arrange delivery with the courier company.
- Prepare billing and invoice customers accordingly.
- **Requirement**:

- Min Diploma/Degree Holders (Preferably Major in Electronics/Marine)
- At least 1-year experience as Sales Coordinator/After-Sales Support (preferably in the Marine industry)
- Able to handle documentation such as Quotation/DO/PO
- Able to join on short notice is an advantage
- Non-experience are welcome to apply
- Experience in reading and understanding schematic and block diagrams is added advantage
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
