**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to assigned customer inquiries and prepare quotations as needed.
- Provide recommendations based on customer specifications and requirements.
- Follow up on all inquiries, requesting feedback and updates on the status of quotes.
- Address customer complaints, report issues, and offer after-sales support when required.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Raise sales orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Oversee deliveries, making necessary adjustments to meet specifications and high-quality standards.
- Coordinate and submit tenders.
- Monitor and pursue outstanding payments.
- Provide administrative and office support to the Outdoor Sales Team.
- Track and maintain adequate stock levels for ongoing projects.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction and performance.
- Monitor KIV (Keep in View) sales orders.
- Track pending repairs and coordinate with the technical department, providing client updates.
