The Strategic Partner Manager will help develop, execute and maintain relationships with creators, publishers and partners by helping them grow their audience, engage their fan base, and build a sustainable content business. This role is responsible for supporting the growth of creators, publishers and partners; acquiring and growing content on Pinterest that inspires viewers; and supporting product and go-to-market strategies for key Pinterest priorities.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage a portfolio of content partners (creators, publishers, agencies, media, etc.) - from onboarding through development and retention around creative content
- Drive large-scale content partnership deals, e.g.
- Distribution deals with top partners to amplify content
- Content deals with publishers/video providers
- Scaled acquisition through agencies
- Represent Indonesian partners and provide actionable feedback to internal stakeholders
- Integrate new product features to generate local buzz and amplify product usage
- Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Work closely with the Editorial and Community team, ensuring that we have a cohesive country strategy
- Be part of an inclusive, safe team culture

**What we're looking for**:

- 8+ years experience in partnerships, business development or other client facing roles (e.g. consulting)
- Experience working in consumer tech, media/publishers, or other content platforms
- Passionate about the creator economy and ideating ways to drive value back to creators
- Understands the creator landscape - experience working with creators, publishers and agencies a plus
- Comfortable working in a lean team and can be versatile (able to wear multiple hats)
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for 0 to 1 initiatives
- Business level English and Bahasa Indonesian
- Excellent communicator that can influence internal and external stakeholders
