**Assistant Manager, Global Projects and Communications**

**Summary**:
The Global Projects & Communications (GPC) is a department that develops growth strategy focusing on new market segments and future-proof projects such as digital initiatives with key customers. The department also acts as a Global Coordinator in synergising client’s global businesses in these targeted markets. They are looking for a committed member to work under the corporate communications pillar within GPC to oversee and drive the strategy and implementation of business communications for their company.

**Reports to**:Head of Global Projects and Communications

Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies for the organization not limiting to:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote corporate identity, branding and organisational goal alignment;
- Seeks creative strategies and curate new literature to increase internal and external awareness of key pillars of topics undertaken by the company including community projects, sustainability roadmap, transformational programme, among others;
- Strategize and oversee media engagement whenever necessary;
- Oversee vendor engagement over PR and Marcom related projects;
- Support and implement Crisis Management protocol;
- Content management on intranet;
- Assist in the management of in-house Customer Relationship Management tool;
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar specialization from a recognized university;
- Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on working experience in the relevant scope of work (maritime industry will be an added advantage);
- Basic knowledge of data analytics;
- Experience in business analysis and/or conducting feasibility studies;
- Experience in business development, account management or sales;
- Self-motivated, self-starter able to perform well in a highly collaborative team;
- Highly driven with eye for details;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels;
- Resourceful, innovative, and independent; and
- Proficiency in the English Language, both verbal and written.
